ALL can include the bad, the good, the messy, the anger, the uncertain, what you’re grateful for, or just the silence you need. There is solace in NOW & I’m learning to experience this space second over second. Im finding that NOW is a difficult place to stay but worth it if you can align with it. How do you practice mindfulness? How do you stay out of the past and away from the future?
